Aerial Hoop & Silk Fitness Classes

We’ve all had the dream where we can fly. In our aerial hoop and silks classes you can make that dream a reality.

Aerial Fitness is a fun and exciting way to strengthen your upper body and core, improve balance, flexibility and build confidence. 

Using aerial silks and hoop the class will teach you how to safely, climb, suspend and pose gracefully in the air, combining strength with beauty. ​

We have classes for all levels. So whether you are a complete beginner or an aspiring performer, join our exciting way to get fit and strong.

Online Classes & Courses

Get fit, strong and inspired in the comfort of your own home with our little to no equipment live and recorded workouts. Join a qualified and experienced personal trainer in a ‘work out with me’ style class and be virtually pushed to your limits.

We offer a range of online classes and workshops to challenge different aspects of your fitness. Online classes & courses include Glute Factory, Full Body HIIT, Grounded Aerial, Headstands & Handstands and Flexy Time.

Class recordings available if you’re unable to attend the live class. Simply download, and follow along at a time that suits you.

Private Aerial Lesson

Fast track your aerial skills focusing on strength, technique, flexibility and tricks with a private lesson.

If you’re new to Aerial Fitness or wish to develop your aerial skills at a pace that suits you, then book a private session with expert aerial coach Michaela.

We recommend starting your aerial journey with a private lesson. This will help you understand the techniques and basics of aerial, helping you to progress in a group class.

As a beginner, private sessions allow for a more focused introduction to aerial fitness, eliminating any concerns you have about being in the air.

As a more experienced aerialist, private or small group lessons allow for greater skill development and give you an opportunity to practice specific elements of your training.
