This programme has been designed by two experienced individuals; Former British Champion Gymnast turned Personal Trainer and Acrobatic Coach and a serving Royal Marine Physical Training Instructor and Injury Rehabilitation Specialist.

60 Day Evolution will take you on the following journey… 

Physical Fitness: A 60 day, 5x week Training Program designed to help you improve your strength, physical fitness and body confidence. Each workout lasts between 30-45 minutes and can be done at any time of the day that suits you. The programme utilises body weight training that can be completed anywhere, with or without equipment. This programme is catered to all abilities and allows you to follow along at your own pace. Exercises can also be modified according to your current fitness level. 

Nutrition: Included in the 60 Day Evolution is a healthy Cook Book with easy to follow recipes for breakfast, snacks and on the go meals for busy lifestyles. Included is guidance on pre and post workout nutrition, helping you to structure your meals around your training programme to maximise your performance and results.

Sleep Hygiene: We all know a bad nights sleep negatively affects our day, energy levels, motivation and mental wellbeing. 60 Day evolution will give you an insight and the tools scientifically proven to help set up a healthy sleep routine and insure you are getting a better nights sleep. 

Mental Fitness: Within 60 Day Evolution you are given a Mindfulness Journal with simple tasks to complete everyday to help build your mental health and resilience.
