Michaela
Head Coach & Owner
I’m a coach with a lifelong passion of movement, strength and helping women feel powerful in their own skin.
I began my journey as an elite gymnast and proudly became a Great British Champion. After retiring from competition, I trained at the renowned Urdang Academy in London, graduating in 2011. I went on to enjoy a career as a professional dancer and acrobat, performing on stages from the Royal Opera House to Wembley Stadium.
In 2014, I launched Falkor Fitness, I wanted to create a space where women could build strength, confidence and community through exercises that challenges and uplifts them. Life can be a little to serious sometimes, aerial allows us to play again.
What started as one class has grown into a thriving network of aerial and personal training clients, both in person and online. I believe in celebrating progress over perfection and making exercise something you genuinely look forward to.
As a fully qualified personal trainer, I specialise in working with women of all abilities and ages. I help women find food freedom and their power through exercise. I am also certified in pre and postnatal training and support women through every stage of their journey.
Whether you’re lifting in the gym of flying in the air, my goal is to help you discover what you are truly capable of.

Aerial Coach
My aerial journey actually began right here! Taught by the one, the only, Michaela herself, I started aerial back in 2016 when I was only 14 years old and have loved the sport ever since. Coming from an already athletic background, aerial was a whole other, unfamiliar and novel form of movement, and 9 years on the novelty is yet to wear out! Aerial is the most empowering activity I have the privilege of experiencing; it has given me another level of respect and gratitude for my body and the privilege of movement and I’m so grateful and excited to share this through coaching.
